The theme for the 2009 Sew Now Style Show is "IEHA Takes Broadway"! The theater and movies have had significant influence on style throughout our lifetime. In an attempt to create more interest in the style show this year we are encouraging members that have made costumes for plays, recitals, reenactments, or special occasions to enter them in the style show. We welcome ALL garments, but we also wanted to provide an opportunity to those people who sew for special venues. Please share this information with your membership and encourage them to participate. Application forms are available from your county president or your extension educator. They are located in the blue notebooks in the Activities section or on the Programs & Forms page of this website. Deadline for applications is May 15, 2009. Jan Harlow
