The Ruth B. Sayre Scholarship is sponsored by the CWC and is offered for the purpose of fostering educational development in women.The applicant must be a legal resident of the United States, who shows she has a financial need and the ability to complete the education she is seeking. The applicant needs to fill out the application that is in the Blue Book under Scholarships. She also needs two character reference letters, and an official transcript from her high school and a transcript of college courses already completed. The applicant must write a one page summary of her involvement and participation in school and community activities, her work experience, her educational goals and her financial need. A photo must be included with the application. State President, Gloria Del Greco, must have the completed application and all pertinent documents in hand by February 15th, 2009. You will find her complete address in the Blue Book, along with the application information. If any information is missing with the application, the application will not be considered.
